Let me say that I begin this pans LOVE! They are absolutely the best pans I have ever had. I did not have the funding "pots on 1 September expensive investment. I really need a pan, like my old really lost their ability, stop food from attack, and needed to be" recycled, "I Began review assessment with a score of pots on the web. By far the KitchenAid was the highest score in a pan of cost-effectiveness. All say they are happy with the waywith the design and durability. Since I bought this set, I also have the 11 "wok and bought a small 8" pan, fry perfect for one or two eggs. I want this to last, so I washed them once I've finished with them and hang them to dry out, so do not forget that my family and put them in the dishwasher is not recommended. They wash beautifully. I have one or more of them every day, and use the road remains intact in appearance. I could continue, but you getthe picture! By the way, I have a good plate of glass [Ceran] stove, and I have no problems with the pots cooked evenly.

This is the prettiest and most practical pancake griddle I’ve ever used. A “one burner size” isn’t efficient when one is cooking a tripled batch of homemade pancakes for a bunch of hungry children.
Non-stick is a must when making pancakes, but KitchenAid “kicked it up a notch” by coating the aluminum with enamel. It holds the heat perfectly and because the metal core is aluminum it is not as heavy as my cast iron griddle.
I love this griddle and I hope KitchenAid continues to carry this version for years to come. This is a very important kitchen staple and is always on the stove working for me.
Note: I never turn the heat above 5 when cooking pancakes with this on the gas stove and before I turn the gas on I lightly coat the pan with extra-light virgin olive oil. I use the same procedure when cooking eggs.

OK this was my first good quality frying pan and I absolutely love it.
Fast and even heating, extremely easy cleanup, and best of all the red on this pan looks amazing. I highly recommend this pan to anyone, sure there is better stuff out there (Calphalon One), but for the price of this pan you can not beat the quality. So far I have only made eggs and they came out perfect, I am sure this pan will also be great for doing small stir fry, sauteing small portions, and frying just about anything you can think of.
I strongly advise anyone who gets this pan to read all the proper heating, and cleaning instructions before even using the pan.
Oh and forgot to mention the 1 year no hassle replacement warranty, can’t beat that either, not sure I am ever going to have to use it but it’s nice that it’s there.

non-stick skillets are old-hat to me, but the Kitchenaid is wonderful: eggs and French toast are a snap, cleaning is a breeze, and stir-fry is quick and greaseless.
What a happy surprise. I loved my old skillet, but this one turned out to be so easy to use, I purchased another one two weeks later for a gift.

I’ve had numerous cheap-o non stick sets over the years. The last set was hard anodized but not good quality. I recently got a new glass top stove and found my 10 year old set was not going to work as the bottoms are not flat anymore. I got this set on the Friday sale. What a wonderful surprise when they arrived.
These pans are good quality weight but not heavy that it makes them hard to lift. You cook on low or medium heat. I’m used to turnng stuff up on high then turning it down but the instructions said only use on low and med. So I figured stuff would take longer to cook. NOT so! In fact my meals have been done sooner. It is the first non stick set that really is non stick. You cannot use spray in it like Pam as it will ruin the non stick surface. Guess that is why all my other non stick pans always stuck.
You just cannot beat the quality and value of this set. It looks so professional and clean. I am glad it is not in the classic red. Nothing against red just that these match better to my kitchen than red does. The lids are thick good quality glass. I’m thinking finally this will be my last set of cookware. They have a 1 year full replacement no shipping cost to you but when you read on it is a lifetime warranty really. If it is not due to abuse they stand by it for as long as you own it. Like if a handle would fall off they will replace with same or equal value item. That’s the kind of company I like to do business with.
Highly recommend for someone just getting started or and experienced cook. Good for a single person or small family. Large families probably need the bigger sets.
